Nile Rodgers and CHIC are under starters orders for a massive gig at Aintree Racecourse this summer.
Nile Rodgers’ talent and his honorable legacy is nothing short of extraordinary, having won multiple GRAMMY awards as a composer, producer, arranger and guitarist.
As co-founder of CHIC, and the Chairman of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, Rodgers pioneered a musical language that generated chart-toping hits like Le Freak and sparked the advent of hip-hop with Good Times.
Fans will be delighted to hear the news that he will bring CHIC to Liverpool as part of The Jockey Club’s musical offering this year at the home of the world famous Grand National.
