Good Cop Bad Cop will come to Phase One as part of their UK tour later this year, Getintothis’ Lewis Ridley with the news.
The new project of Milburn and Arctic Monkeys members, Good Cop Bad Cop, will check in at Phase One this October of their tour of the UK in support of their debut album.
The band, made up of Joe Carnall Jnr. and Matt Helders, released their self-titled LP in March – a retro-futuristic pop exploit that signals a change in direction for members of both popular Sheffield bands.

Despite Milburn not setting the world alight as dramatically as Arctic Monkeys, the two bands have bounced off each other for a number of years and this collaborative project will be an interesting one to monitor.
Having recently supported Pete Doherty and The Puta Madres on their tour, Good Cop Bad Cop will head out as headliners in the autumn and will play Phase One on Monday, October 7.
