Supersonic Festival continues to crank up the volume when it comes to announcements for this year’s line-up.
The event, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, has already captured the attention of those who like their music dark and heavy when it named post-metal luminaries, Neurosis, as headliners.
Now, scheduled to join Neurosis and special guests, Godflesh, are Anna von Hausswolff, Mono, Yob, Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs, Faten Kanaan, Dälek , CZN, Big Joanie, Prison Religion and AJA.
The diverse line-up exemplifies everything that sets Supersonic apart from other festivals.
From soulful Riot Grrrls, Big Joanie, to doom metal icons, Yob, to New Jersey hip hop noise merchants, Dälek, artists unafraid to push boundaries within their respective sub-genres will play across the weekend.
Fresh from having both graced 2018 with superb albums that made our records of the year list, it will be particularly exciting to see the haunting Anna von Hausswolff and the force of nature that are Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs lay claim to the Supersonic stage.
