Acid Arab brought Parisian techno beats and good vibes to 24 Kitchen Street as Getintothis’ Sarah Sidwell reports.
We weren’t quite sure what to expect from Acid Arab.
We know they’re from Paris and we know about their techno beats – thanks Youtube. But that’s about it really, so we’re coming in pretty much cold.
Never fear, as soon as the band hit the stage we were pretty much won over. The crowd was as up beat and banging as were the grooves being dropped.

This was a powerful party vibe and we were drawn in, having fun, albeit we felt a bit cramped at times – 24KS can be hard work when it’s full.
But we danced anyway and came away having had a great time. Acid Arab hit the spot just fine.
