After an exhausting 2018, The Coral show no sign of slowing up in the New Year, Getintothis’ Steven Doherty has all the details.
They spent 2018 releasing a new album, supporting the Manic Street Preachers, and garnering rave reviews at both summer festival dates and their own Autumn tour, and the cannonball of psychedelic pop that is The Coral are not letting up in 2019, with the announcement of another set of UK dates.
The Hoylake stalwarts will be ably supported on all dates by Cut Glass Kings and Marvin Powell (both already signed to the band’s Skeleton Key label), with the dates in further support of their Top 20 return-to-form album Move Through The Dawn.
After their barnstorming Liverpool University gig last time out, there’s no Merseyside date this time, the North-West leg being the criminally underused Warrington Parr Hall on Saturday March 16.
