Field Music announce a 2018 tour and Getintothis’ Ryan Craig has all the details.
Field Music, helmed by brothers Peter and David Brewis, have recently announced a series of UK shows for 2018.
The dates include a night at Liverpool’s own Arts Club and ultimately ending in London’s Barbican, of which there will be an inclusion of strings, horns, woodwind and assorted percussion provided by the Open Here Orchestra.
Over thirteen years and (nearly) six albums, Field Music have managed to carve a niche where all of these sounds can find a place – a place where pop music can be as voracious as it wants to be.
