King Krule has returned with an album, single and tour and Getintothis’ Jessica Borden is on hand
King Krule returns with his new album The OOZ and a stop in Manchester on his European tour.
The OOZ marks the follow up to King Krule’s debut album Six Feet Beneath The Moon. The London-based artist takes the listener on a journey around and into the lives of his home South London tackling the subjects of love, loss and self.
Following Czech One, the first single from the record, Dum Surfer delves into the dark and tormented past times with car crash imagery and the tales of a night more eventful than anyone could wish for as the mind appears to be loosing grip. The consistent beat and melody throughout the track keeps it at a dark and unnerving pace, too fast to stop the events but slow enough to watch as they happen around you, helpless.
King Krule’s return will hit Manchester on December 14 at Manchester Academy 2.
Make sure you have all the stage times for Liverpool Psych Fest
