Blossoms have announced a huge date at Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl to complete their 2017 UK tour plans, Getintothis’ Jake Marley reports.
When Blossoms announced another extensive UK jaunt set for Spring next year, there was one glaring omission. Manchester.
Their Spring UK tour already features significant dates at Liverpool Olympia and London Roundhouse but now they’ve gone one step further and announced a huge summer date at Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl with special guests, Wirral band The Coral on July 8.
Further support will come from rising songwriter Rory Wynne and Derry newcomers Touts, both playing their biggest shows to date.
Touted by many as the natural next step for a band accustomed with selling out venues up and down the country, playing festival main stages and supporting the likes of The Stone Roses, all before a No’1 debut album in August, this is sure to be a special gig.
Blossoms play Castlefield Bowl, Manchester with special guests on July 8.
