Bands get your applications in as Threshold need you – plus win a massive bag of good swag.

Threshold Festival, Liverpool’s Spring feast of music and arts, has opened submissions for its 2017 event.

Bands and solo artists are encouraged to apply for the seventh annual festival of emerging talent with applications also open to visual artists, performers and theatre companies.

Threshold 2016 saw hundreds of people lap up the happenings in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle as the DIY and avant garde entertainers combined across live music, theatre, film and the arts.

Emilia Eriksson, development director, said: “Threshold treats you to the unexpected, the unpredictable and the up and coming. It’s an utter delight to help develop it and see it prosper and grow. If you haven’t joined in yet, now is the time to do so; Welcome!”

The 2017 festival will take place from March 31 until April 2, and super early bird tickets are now available online for just £10.
