Heavenly Recordings get ready to celebrate their 25th anniversary at this year’s Glastonbury festival, where some homegrown acts will join the party.
Amongst the latest announcement of additions to this year’s Glastonbury line up comes the news that Heavenly Recordings will host a 25th anniversary celebration on the William’s Green stage.
Representing Jeff Barrett’s iconic label will be Brighton’s favourite psych rockers TOY, sun fried kings of ’70s fuzz nostalgia King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, our own folk darlings Stealing Sheep, London five piece The Voyeurs and recent Heavenly Records addition, and Getintothis favourites, Hooton Tennis Club.
Organisers have also announced that the much talked about Amy Winehouse documentary, AMY, will be making its UK premiere at the festival.
They all join headliners Foo Fighters, Kanye West and Worthy Farm between 24-28 June.
