Threshold Festival 2014 kicks off on Friday March 28, Getintothis presents the full raft of music acts, arts events and panel discussions taking place throughout the Baltic Triangle
Threshold Festival enters its fourth year of entertaining the masses that descend on the Baltic Triangle for three days of live music, new artistic endeavour, discussion panels and a whole bunch of other stuff in between.
