Stephanie said: ‘Coffee and Cakes for Funerals – totally caught me off guard when I saw them. I was expecting maudlin navel gazing indie crap, I got tight JT style vocals, a slick band and soulful RnB meets hip hop meets top notch pop. Lesson learnt, don’t judge a book by the cover/or a band by their apparel. I hope 2012 is big for them, and look forward to seeing them in future.‘
